EARLY YEARS
Nido - Playgroup for babies and toddlers (6 months to 2.5 years)

Learning about Montessori education with other like minded families is a wonderful experience. This experience also prepares children for an optimal transition to our Toddler Room at 2 1⁄2 years old, where children attend Montessori classes independently.

Plovers - Early Starters (from 2.5 years until kindergarten transition)

While the child is in the early starters group the staff will help to manage any separation anxiety and learn fundamental self management skills. Students will become familiar with the Montessori classroom environment and begin to develop their ability to use the classroom. This session prepares the young child for transition to the Cycle 1 Learning Program (3 - 6 years).

"From the earliest possible age the child must be provided with things which may help to do things by himself"
