Using our Compass Parent Portal
At Gisborne Montessori School we use the Compass Platform to manage our student information. This platform helps us to build strong communication channels with our parents. Using Compass ensures that all information reaches the appropriate staff member and is recorded for ongoing support.
As such we ask that parents install the Compass App and use it to:
Attendance Notes - Is your child late, sick, or on leave? Please follow these instructions to find out how to do this.
Changing your own or you child's contact details - Need to add some medical information? Want to change your address? This will save you time and ensure it is correct.
Emailing teachers - Want to let your child's guide know that there are some changes happening in your world? Need to find something out about the hubs? Click on the email icon and type your message. The instruction on this FAQ page will help you to get started.
Excursion notes - Need an offsite-learning note? What to know which offsite-learning experiences are coming up? Follow this and find out everything your children are doing for off-site learning.
Payments - Got a payment due, this page has you covered. Here's the support guide.
